The following server settings apply to all email addresses ending @virtual.net.au as well as to the majority of email services provided as part of our Virtual Computers web hosting services.

Use your full email address as your login username.

SMTP Authentication is highly recommended for all customers, though not always required. Authentication uses your full email address as the username.
Please note that when accessing your SMTP server from an Internet service not provided by Virtual Access, you will be required to authenticate to send email. Some service providers will also restrict access to port 25, so the use of ports 465 or 587 is recommended.
Web based access
A webmail service is provided. Visit our website at http://www.virtual.net.au and click on the MY MAILBOX link. This link is also used to manage your spam filtering settings.
