Service disruption advice: My Account offline Print

As announced in our January 27 email, Virtual Access is undertaking a significant program of service changes which we believe will enable us to provide an improved service to our customers.

 

From 8:30 AM on the 6th of April, our MY ACCOUNT service has been offline.  This outage is required to facilitate the replacement of our customer management and billing software.  Unfortunately, while work is progressing well with our upgrades, there have been some unforeseen problems with MY ACCOUNT.  We anticipate making the new version available for use soon
